There's no where I love more than the coast for chasing away the blues. It's where my mood shifts, even if it's overcast weather. In actual fact, I love a moody grey sky over a clear blue one. There's something about it that invites solace and comfort, quiet and stillness, to calm a racing heart and mind.  
Inhaling and exhaling the salt air, listening to the sound of waves meeting shoreline, and absorbing the rugged beauty of an empty beach...this is where I chase away my blues.
