I love the coast because it never changes. It's always there. I can rely on it to bring me comfort, peace, healing, quiet, and the time to reflect and process any challenges and hard times.  Being here my frustrations and difficult days seem small in comparison to the vast wonder and beauty that is the sea land and sky. It's here always I find hope.
