A reminder to embrace the beauty in our world on days when it can be harder to see. Amplified in our minds, it's easy to focus on the negativity and challenges in life. Shifting focus - whether it's on a beautiful sunrise or sunset, the blue of the ocean contrasted against green banks and sandy shorelines, or the reflection of warm light on breaking waves and steadfast trees - could mean 'it's a hard day' becomes 'it's a beautiful day'.
 
This gentle shift in positive thinking is sometimes all that's needed to motivate, encourage, empower and help us persevere as we journey on.
